Bella Flora Policies & Contract
Bella Flora Wedding & Events Contract & Policies
1. To reserve a wedding date, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required.
2. Purchase Commitment Amount: __________You agree to purchase no less than 10% of the agreed amount at the time of the deposit. You may add any additional flowers up to 2 weeks prior to the wedding date, and may cancel flowers up until your final balance is due (one month prior). Cancellation beyond the 10% will result in a fee of $100.
3. Payment is due in full no later than one month prior to your wedding. If it is not in hand at that time, a $75 late fee will be assessed, and your flowers and supplies are not guaranteed (they will not be ordered until payment is received in full). Bella Flora is not responsible if payment is late and substitutions must be made to your order.
4. We accept checks, cash, and credit cards. All balance payments (over $100) made by credit card will be assessed a 3% processing fee without notice.
5. Wedding Party & ceremony delivery charges are as follows:
·Virginia Beach: First delivery is FREE, each additional is $10
·Norfolk & Chesapeake: $15
·Suffolk & Portsmouth: $30
·Hampton & Newport News: $30
·All other delivery charges based on mileage, at a rate of $1.25/mile
6. Reception flower and centerpiece delivery is an additional $25 (does not include rentals)
7. We offer staffed reception and ceremony set up at a rate of $200/hour, billed in whole hours, to be agreed on at the time of reservation. All other set up will be included in individual charges at the time of booking.
8. Refer us to a friend that books with us and get a $50 arrangement or store credit redeemable for 2 years!
9. I understand that fresh flowers are sometimes not available due to forces of nature, or may come in slightly different than pictured in a book or magazine. Almost all of the time, your order will be exactly as agreed upon. Minor substitutions may need to be made, always of equal or greater value, and so as to not change the overall look and feel of the wedding. If you would like to be notified of any minor changes the week of your wedding, please check here _____. We will always notify you of any major issues before making changes.
